This Privacy Policy explains how Alba Stats, provided by SUR, handles information. Through normal use of the app, SUR does not collect, log, sell, share, or retain personal user data on company-controlled servers.
Alba Stats is a productivity and task analytics application. The Service Provider is SUR SP Z O O, referred to here as “SUR”. This policy describes what SUR does and does not receive when you use the application.
SUR does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal use of Alba Stats. Registration is not required, and the app does not create a personal account or user profile.
Any content you create inside the app that is kept on your device remains under your control. SUR does not receive that content as part of normal app use and does not maintain a remote database of your tasks, notes, progress, categories, priorities, streaks, or analytics.
Alba Stats does not collect precise real-time location information. The app does not require registration, and SUR does not use the app to build advertising or tracking profiles.
Because SUR does not collect personal user information through normal use, there is no personal user dataset for SUR to sell or share with third parties. If network connectivity is used, standard technical protocol data may pass through network infrastructure, but SUR does not retain it for profiling or tracking.
This policy page does not contain an account system, analytics dashboard, advertising tracker, or contact form. If Cloudflare or another hosting provider processes basic request data to deliver this page, that processing is handled by the relevant infrastructure provider under its own terms.
SUR does not retain personal user data generated through normal use of Alba Stats. SUR does not maintain personal user profiles or a server-side database containing your tasks, notes, progress, categories, priorities, streaks, or analytics. Any app information that remains locally on your device is not stored by SUR and is not part of a company-controlled retention system.
Because SUR does not maintain a server-side personal account or personal-data database for Alba Stats, there is normally no server-side personal profile to delete. If app information is stored locally on your device, you can remove it using available in-app controls, by clearing the app’s local data where supported, or by uninstalling the app. If you voluntarily contact SUR by email, you may request deletion of information contained in that correspondence where legally applicable.
Because SUR does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure from a SUR-held user database is minimized. However, no digital system can be guaranteed absolutely secure, and reasonable safeguards are applied to systems operated by SUR.
Alba Stats is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. SUR does not knowingly solicit personal data from children through normal app use.
SUR may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where required by law, additional notice or consent will be provided.
